Hi!

This past week my fiancee, Miriam, and I celebrated one year as a couple. And we're happier, healthier, and looking forward to our future together.

Four Things I Got Excited About This Week ☀️

  1. Alessandra and I recorded the first episode of Creativeworkhour's podcast "The Tibetian Bell." We haven't released it yet, so stay tuned!

  2. Working on my crime novel goes okay; it's a different kind of writing that tests my ability to write dialog and be a better storyteller.

  3. The training at the Neuro rehab center is showing results already! My breathing is better, and I feel more centered. I can also see small differences in my balance. I aim to get 1% better every time I'm at the center.

  4. I harvested my first homegrown Pak Choi, and it was delicious!
