  2. I had a breakthrough in my creative workflow this week; it might turn into an article on Medium.

  3. First-week shipping in the new Ship30for30 cohort, and my crew is ambitious.

  4. I have only one Kg to reach my first goal weight of 82 Kg. Next level is 78 Kg

Bonus: Done some workouts this past week, although the heat has been bad! But my body feels much better, so I will keep it up!
