I love cooking in my crocpot, and this is a new receipt from this week.
1 piece of beef meat (ca 1,5 kg)
3-4 red onions
4-5 garlic clefs
1 red Pepper
3-4 tomatoes
3 Parsnips
Salt and pepper
Slice the onions, the tomatoes and the Pepper
Cover the bottom of the pot with the vegetables, press the garlic over and salt well (more is less!) and pepper.
Place the meat and surrund it with parsnips. Salt and pepper it
Run for 4 hours on high. Let it cool of before serving it.
Take out the meat and slice it in 1 cm thick slices
Use a stafmixer to mix the parsnips and the vegetables to a sauce. Serve with Basmatirice and a salad.
